We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your account • Display and moderate property listings • Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, listing status, password reset) • Send optional marketing communications (you may opt out at any time) • Personalize your experience and recommend relevant listings • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents • Comply with legal obligations We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following circumstances: 4.1 Public listing data Information you include in a listing (property description, photos, price, contact phone/WhatsApp) is publicly visible on the Platform. 4.2 Service providers We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processors, and analytics providers. 4.3 Legal requirements We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 99BulEv or others.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services: • Account data is retained until you request deletion • Analytics data is retained in anonymized form indefinitely If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including: • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit • Passwords stored as salted cryptographic hashes (bcrypt) • JWT-based authentication with short-lived tokens • Regular security audits and vulnerability testing • Access controls limiting staff access to personal data Despite our best efforts, no security system is impenetrable. 99BulEv is based in Northern Cyprus. If you access the Platform from outside Northern Cyprus or Turkey, your data may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions.
